About The Position
As a Full Time Equipment Mechanic Level 1/Make Ready, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and preparing a wide range of construction equipment for customers. This role involves diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic environment where you will receive training from experienced team members. Daily tasks include inspecting and servicing equipment, changing oil and filters, and troubleshooting electrical systems. The role offers a variety of assignments that challenge problem-solving skills and promote continuous learning and growth in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Must be able to work as a team.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must have a clean driving record.
