About The Position
As a Full Time Equipment Mechanic Level 1/Make Ready, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and preparing a wide range of construction equipment for customers. This role involves diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition. You will work onsite in a supportive and dynamic environment, receiving training from experienced team members. Daily tasks include inspecting and servicing equipment, changing oil and filters, and troubleshooting electrical systems. The role offers a variety of assignments to challenge problem-solving skills and promote continuous learning.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a "can-do" attitude.
- Must be able to work as a team.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must have a clean driving record.
