About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Make Ready Technician to join our growing apartment community team. If you are passionate about people, property, and making a difference we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment turns, including make-ready repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections throughout the community.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
