LAFC is invested in the world’s game and Los Angeles, constructing, and developing the 22,000 seat BMO Stadium and a top-flight training center on the campus of Cal-State Los Angeles. POSITION SUMMARY The Equipment Manager is responsible for supporting all equipment, apparel, and laundry operations across the club’s First Team, Second Team (MLS Next Pro), and Academy (MLS Next), as assigned. This role is designed to be highly adaptable, specifically with shifting responsibilities based on operational needs, competition schedules, and priorities established by the First Team Equipment Manager. This person must have a flexible schedule and be prepared to respond promptly to last-minute requests or issues, often outside of traditional working hours, to contribute to the team’s overall success. Thus, the ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions and detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role reports to the First Team Equipment Manager.
