About The Position

In your new role you will be part of an equipment services team in the semiconductor industry. You will support and participate in a Safety, 5s, and Standard Work culture, identify opportunities to continuously improve the area and factory performance, and interact with other team members toward the solution of problems and the fulfillment of manufacturing objectives. You will make routine decisions based on area priorities that affect production material and equipment, and work with the shift leadership team and other maintenance technicians to drive the team's overall success. You will also document maintenance performed and perform other duties as assigned by manager. Able to work A shift schedule (Compressed, Front end of the week, Day shift).

Requirements

  • Familiarity in Photolithography and have experience with ASML PAS Steppers and Scanners along with TwinSCAN exposure tools, ASML 5500 2x0, 3x0, 5x0, 7x0, 8x0 and TwinSCAN 4x0, 12x0 & 14x0 models, and TEL Mark 8, ACT 8, Lithius Tracks on a 200mm platform.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry
  • Ability to work in a Class 1 clean room environment
  • High focus on a Safety, Quality, Delivery, and 5S culture
  • Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, and 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills
  • Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Associate of Applied Science degree (A.A.S.), or technical trade school certificate preferred but not required. Work experience will be considered.
