About The Position

Ralliant Corporation, a leader in precision technology, is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Tech to join their team. This role involves maintaining and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic factory equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. The position requires meticulous record-keeping, proactive preventative maintenance, and active participation in equipment design, fabrication, and qualification. The successful candidate will also be involved in major equipment repairs, parts procurement, installation support, and safety/ergonomic assessments, all while adhering to strict safety and change management protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three or more years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Basic computer/database proficiency.
  • Strong customer service and communication.
  • U.S. citizens are eligible for employment in this role due to U.S. Government contract requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Five years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
  • Soldering is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Functional knowledge and skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic factory equipment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and completed work within the maintenance database/CMMS.
  • Own and perform preventative maintenance on assigned production equipment and facilities in accordance with established PM schedules and methods. Continuously improve PM effectiveness and documentation.
  • Assist in design, fabrication, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds (some weekends and holidays required).
  • Properly identify parts and supplies needed to support repairs and upgrades of equipment. Obtain quotes and order parts from suppliers.
  • Assist engineers and factory managers with installation and relocation of process equipment.
  • Assist in performing production line safety reviews and equipment reliability qualifications.
  • Perform hazard and ergonomic assessments and resulting upgrades of new and existing process equipment.
  • Follow established safety and change management processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
