About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for conducting the daily operations of collecting data, filing and disposal of the portfolio's titled and non-titled assets. The incumbent is responsible for filing, amending and terminating UCCs for non-titled assets, receiving, logging, filing, and termination of titled assets, and processing contract terminations and asset disposals.

  • High School or GED
  • 3 years of job-related experience

  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
  • MS Word - Basic Level
  • MS Excel - Intermediate Level

Responsibilities

  • Terminate accounts by using received funds to payoff customer accounts and communicating this information to the accounting group to ensure proper GL entries.
  • Perform the necessary functions associated with the life of a title. This will include receiving, logging, filing and releasing of the necessary documentation to both secure and release our interest in the portfolio's assets.
  • Contacting and corresponding with customers to obtain missing information/documentation associated with this process.
  • Interacts with employees, customers and vendors to provide title and/or UCC information as needed for the sales, maintenance, termination and disposal processes.
  • File, amend and terminate UCC filings as needed for the non-titled units. This includes accessing the proper documentation needed to complete these tasks.
  • Contacting and corresponding with customers to obtain missing information/documentation associated with this process.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
