About The Position

The LPX Group Fixed Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing key administrative duties for the LPX Group Shop. This role works closely with the Vice President and Operations Manager to ensure files, records, schedules, and asset information remain accurate, current, and well organized. The Fixed Asset Coordinator helps ensure necessary data is readily available to support efficient operations, timely decision-making, and smooth day-to-day shop functions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the fuel log to ensure all orders are accurately charged to the correct job location and job number.
  • Distribute the fuel log monthly and verify that all pricing is accurate in the fuel report.
  • Process invoices related to shop services and repairs in a timely, accurate, and organized manner.
  • Keep the equipment list, Master Lease Schedule, and Maintenance Schedule current by adding new vehicles and equipment and removing items that have been sold, traded, or returned at lease end.
  • Run the required report and merge it with the fuel report.
  • Provide VP with a fuel usage summary, including total gallons, miles driven, and average MPG for each company, to support IFTA tax filing.
  • Maintain the RiverLink account by ensuring all owned company vehicles are registered with a RiverLink pass to help prevent excess toll charges.
  • Enter all new employees into both fuel systems, Motive and Ecos, and issue access fobs for property access as needed.
  • Promote strong teamwork and collaboration with colleagues, recognizing the importance of working together to support smooth daily operations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve budget and revenue tracking.
  • Present recommendations to the Operations Manager and Vice President for review, ensuring any new approaches align with company goals.
  • Perform other tasks related to the daily operations of the LPX Group Fixed Asset Coordinator role as required by the company, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset.
