Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Military Experience in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment engineering technician role.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, troubleshooting, calibration, and Mil standard knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and calibration
  • Understanding of electro-mechanical equipment relationships.
  • Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic Microsoft Skills, Word, Excel, Email
  • Critical Thinking ability, Risk taking, out of the box thinker.
  • Fast learner, willingness to take Initiative’s. Eager to learn, Energetic, Accept constructive feedback and application
  • Strong work ethic and Accountability. Able to learn from mistakes, provide solutions, improve systems, procedures and move forward.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and expertise with others to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Experience with Digital Multimeters, Digital Voltmeter, Oscilloscopes, Amp Meters, Leak Detectors etc.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work a standard 40-hour work week with occasional overtime.
  • This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
