About The Position
This role is for an Equipment Integration Lead, based onsite in Newton, NC. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional overtime required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial Technology, or a related field
- Several years of experience in equipment engineering, equipment integration, manufacturing engineering, capital project execution, and scale up
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, facilities integration, and production support processes
- Proven project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong data analytics capabilities
Nice To Haves
- Post-graduation degree is a plus
- Six Sigma certification
- Root cause analysis
Responsibilities
- Leading equipment installation, startup, and commissioning activities
- Troubleshooting complex equipment and system interactions
- Equipment design (CAD)
