Requirements

Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (no CDL needed).
Physical stamina for loading and unloading equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Solid time management and ability to plan routes and stay punctual.
Quick-thinking, problem-solving mindset.
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Must pass a drug test.
Pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

Load, secure, and deliver rental equipment to job sites across the Brownsville area in a company F250.
Perform pre-trip inspections and follow all safety regulations.
Unload equipment and walk customers through their delivery.
Plan efficient routes and keep deliveries on time.
Work with dispatch and the yard to ensure smooth operations.
