This full-time position does not require a CDL, but a clean driving record, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality are essential. The role involves loading, securing, and delivering rental equipment to job sites, performing pre-trip inspections, interacting with customers as the face of Tejas, planning efficient routes, and collaborating with dispatch and yard teams.

Requirements

Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (no CDL needed).
Physical stamina - loading and unloading equipment is part of the job.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Solid time management and the ability to plan routes and stay punctual.
A quick-thinking, problem-solving mindset when things change on the fly.
A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail, every load, every mile.
Must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Load, secure, and deliver rental equipment to job sites across the Brownsville area in a company F250.
Perform pre-trip inspections and follow all safety regulations.
Unload equipment and walk customers through their delivery.
Plan efficient routes and keep deliveries on time.
Work hand-in-hand with dispatch and the yard to keep everything moving.
