Requirements

Strong organization: Ability to manage details, inventory, and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Industry experience: Background in heavy equipment or a technical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Support equipment coordination: Help prepare machines for rental and sales, including inspections, setup, and documentation.
Manage inspections: Complete inbound, outbound, and damage inspections to ensure equipment meets quality standards.
Keep things organized: Maintain construction technology inventory and support overall equipment organization.
Partner with the sales team: Assist with locating equipment, supporting deals, and coordinating deliveries.
