The Equipment and Materials Driver is responsible for safely transporting electrical materials to and from warehouse, suppliers, and job locations. Requirements

  • At least six months experience driving/transporting materials
  • Experience pulling trailers
  • At least 21 years of age with a High School diploma or GED
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of insurability is required
  • Drivers are subject to a DMV background records search
  • Compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies

Responsibilities

  • Safely perform and direct the loading and unloading of trucks
  • Transport electrical materials in a safe, responsible manner
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and communicate any problems and standard maintenance with your vehicle
  • Understand and complete the log book
  • Submit monthly vehicle reports to fleet
  • Perform additional ad hoc responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to various office and warehouse/yard projects
