About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an eProcurement Systems Manager to join their team. This role will be instrumental in the design and development of Sodexo’s eprocurement system for North America, a tool intended for all locations and staff to order food, beverage, supplies, equipment, and other direct and indirect items. The Manager will collaborate with Sodexo global and North America project teams on this multi-year initiative, defining North America requirements, understanding the overall design and functionality of the tool, and managing necessary data and integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management experience (certification preferred)
  • Prior experience as an administrator or managing an eprocurement application
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Minimum 2 years of functional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BirchStreet Systems, Ivalua, SAP or other eprocurement tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the eprocurement application.
  • Assist with testing, change management, training, and communication during deployment.
  • Document technical issues and enhancement requests.
  • Coordinate with the technical team and stakeholders on testing, release dates, communications, and training needs.
