eProcurement System Manager
About The Position
Sodexo is seeking an eProcurement Systems Manager to join their team. This role will involve participating in and providing insights into Sodexo’s eprocurement system design and development for North America. This eprocurement tool will be utilized by all locations and staff for ordering food, beverage, supplies, equipment, and other direct and indirect items. The Manager will collaborate with Sodexo global and North America project teams on this multi-year project, defining North America requirements, understanding the overall design and functionality of the tool, and managing necessary data and integrations. This is a remote position with some travel required, and candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Project management experience (certification preferred)
- Prior experience as an administrator or managing an eprocurement application
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Minimum 2 years experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with BirchStreet Systems, Ivalua, SAP or other eprocurement tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the eprocurement application.
- Assist with testing, change management, training, and communication during deployment.
- Document technical issues and enhancement requests.
- Coordinate testing, release dates, communications, and training needs with the technical team and stakeholders.
