Epic Willow Analyst
About The Position
The Epic Willow Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of Epic Willow Pharmacy applications across the organization. The role serves as the primary application and workflow expert for pharmacy-related Epic functionality, ensuring that system design supports safe, efficient, compliant, and patient-centered medication management processes. The Epic Willow Analyst partners closely with pharmacy leadership, pharmacists, physicians, nursing teams, clinical informatics, operational stakeholders, and information technology teams to translate clinical and business requirements into effective Epic solutions. The Analyst is responsible for application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, workflow optimization, implementation support, and ongoing enhancement of Epic Willow applications while promoting medication safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Expertise in Epic Willow Pharmacy applications.
- Understanding of pharmacy-related Epic functionality.
- Ability to ensure system design supports safe, efficient, compliant, and patient-centered medication management processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders including pharmacy leadership, pharmacists, physicians, nursing teams, clinical informatics, operational stakeholders, and information technology teams.
- Proficiency in translating clinical and business requirements into effective Epic solutions.
- Skills in application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, workflow optimization, and implementation support.
- Knowledge of medication safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and user satisfaction principles.
