About The Position

Ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by providing tier 2 troubleshooting assistance. Ensures timely resolution of problems, ensures customers are informed of unresolved issues, and engages other analysts directly to resolve challenging issues. This role requires the employee to be in the office 2 days per week in Sacramento.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma).
  • Epic certification required upon hire.
  • 3 years recent relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support to the Epic application.
