About The Position
We are seeking a contractor to fill the role of conversion validation coordinator to support our Epic to Epic data conversion efforts. This role will coordinate operational and clinical users who will be assigned to review a subset of converted patient files from our current Epic instance to the new Epic instance. This person will need to be on site.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years proven experience in project coordination or similar roles within a healthcare setting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manipulate data, create pivot tables, and analyze large datasets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with a large team of clinical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology.
- Experience with ticketing systems and ticket management.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or related field.
Responsibilities
