About The Position

As an Epic Payer Platform, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with health services clients, focusing on payer modernization to enhance operational efficiencies and drive impactful outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems and developing strategies that align with client needs, leveraging your skills to deliver value and build meaningful client relationships. As a Senior Associate, you will navigate complex situations, guiding and mentoring junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards. You will be responsible for anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions that align with the firm's methodologies. This role emphasizes relationship building, managing others, and personal growth, providing you with opportunities to deepen your understanding of the business context and enhance your skills. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client engagements, utilizing your problem-solving abilities to address challenges and deliver solutions. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience
