About The Position
Join Cardamom Health as an Epic Integrations Analyst supporting an Epic Provider Finder implementation in a fully remote, part-time consulting engagement. Work closely with project, application, and integration teams to coordinate interface readiness, manage dependencies, and support implementation activities. Serve as a key contributor ensuring successful integration planning, technical issue coordination, and go-live preparedness.
Requirements
- Epic Bridges certification required.
- Hands-on experience with InterSystems Ensemble and HL7 required.
- Experience supporting provider interfaces.
- SER configuration and implementation experience.
- Experience coordinating integrations, managing interface dependencies, and supporting implementation readiness activities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
Nice To Haves
- Epic MyChart certification preferred.
- Cadence and/or Cheers experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support an Epic Provider Finder implementation with a focus on integration and interface coordination.
- Track interface dependencies and ensure appropriate follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical issue resolution across application, integration, and implementation teams.
- Assist with implementation readiness activities, testing coordination, and go-live planning.
- Support provider-related interfaces and integration workflows.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
