About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill an Epic Radiant Analyst position for our client. This is a remote role with a duration of 12 months. The analyst will support the full Epic Radiant implementation lifecycle, including discovery, workflow analysis, design, configuration, build, testing, go-live, stabilization, and optimization. Key responsibilities include gathering and translating clinical and operational requirements into scalable Radiant workflows and system configuration, configuring Radiant for various radiology functions, and designing pediatric imaging workflows. The role also involves collaborating with various teams, coordinating with other Epic application and technical teams on integrations, developing and executing test plans, supporting data conversion and go-live activities, and maintaining documentation.

  • 5+ years of Epic Radiant analyst experience with implementation experience in workflow design, configuration/build, and testing.
  • Current Epic Radiant certification required.
  • Experience supporting at least two Epic implementations.
  • Working knowledge of radiology scheduling, orders, protocols, technologist workflows, status management, results, and charge-related processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric radiology or pediatric hospital imaging experience preferred.
  • Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/ASCP) certification or equivalent clinical imaging background preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Clinical Informatics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full Epic Radiant implementation lifecycle, including discovery, workflow analysis, design, configuration, build, testing, go-live, stabilization, and optimization.
  • Gather and translate clinical and operational requirements into scalable Radiant workflows and system configuration.
  • Configure Radiant for radiology scheduling, orders, protocols, work queues, status management, results, charge capture, and reporting.
  • Design pediatric imaging workflows addressing age-specific scheduling, sedation/anesthesia, contrast, safety screening, and appointment preparation.
  • Collaborate with pediatric radiology, nursing, anesthesia, technologists, child-life, and operational teams.
  • Coordinate with Epic application teams and technical teams on end-to-end workflows and integrations with PACS, RIS, modalities, HL7, DICOM, and related systems.
  • Develop test plans/scripts, execute testing, document defects, and support UAT.
  • Support data conversion, cutover, go-live, issue triage, stabilization, and ongoing optimization.
  • Maintain configuration documentation, workflow diagrams, test evidence, and knowledge materials.
