About The Position

Drive Financial Transformation Through Epic Revenue Cycle Implementations Across a National Health System. Prime Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Epic Implementation Manager (Revenue Cycle) to lead large-scale deployments across our hospital system. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle implementations, ensuring optimized workflows from patient access through billing and collections. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance and operational excellence at scale. This role involves leading enterprise-wide Rev Cycle Epic implementations, influencing cash flow, billing accuracy, and revenue integrity, partnering with CFOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, and executives on complex, high-visibility initiatives, and managing and mentoring high-performing teams. Requires frequent travel (up to 50–75%) to hospital sites across the U.S., especially during key implementation phases.

Requirements

Six (6) or more years of applicable work experience required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience working with electronic medical record required.
Experience leading an Epic implementation required.
Experience leading large teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred.
Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Epic Revenue Cycle implementations, including planning, design, build, testing, go-live, and stabilization
Serve as the primary implementation leader for assigned hospitals, ensuring successful delivery of all milestones
Partner with finance, patient access, HIM, and revenue cycle leadership to align workflows and system design
Drive alignment of workflows to support billing accuracy, cash flow optimization, and revenue integrity
Lead and mentor Revenue Cycle application analysts, fostering accountability and development
Ensure consistency between enterprise standards and hospital-specific workflows
Oversee go-live execution, providing onsite leadership and rapid issue resolution
Identify risks that may impact financial or operational performance and proactively mitigate them
Coordinate and lead the transition to Production Support, ensuring a seamless handoff
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CFOs and operational leaders
Incorporate lessons learned and performance insights into future implementations
