Epic HB Analyst
About The Position
The ideal consultant will bring deep Epic HB Charge Router experience, including expertise in routing architecture, router actions, modifier stamping, charge destination behavior, and Workqueue exception workflows, aligned with best practices from large-scale Epic health systems. Key expectations include helping our team document current-state Charge Router findings and gaps, establish recommended routing design standards and patterns, support Workqueue alignment principles, and maintain a clear decision/change log to track outcomes throughout the effort. A core priority of this engagement is also building long-term Charge Router expertise within the HB IT team through hands-on partnership and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainability after the engagement concludes. The consulting partner must demonstrate strong project management capabilities and communication discipline to ensure the initiative remains coordinated, transparent, and execution-focused.
Requirements
- Deep Epic HB Charge Router experience.
- Expertise in routing architecture, router actions, modifier stamping, charge destination behavior, and Workqueue exception workflows.
- Experience aligned with best practices from large-scale Epic health systems.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Communication discipline.
- Must live in one of the following states: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Alabama.
- Intermediate Level experience.
