About The Position

The Epic clinical trainer level 2 serves as a positive, professional, agile team lead focused on coordinating Mosaic goals for the Epic Clinical Training team regarding training development, deployment, adoption, maintenance and optimization activities. This role coordinates, advises and supports the Epic clinical training program and its goals, including creating synchronous and asynchronous content, curriculum and materials maintenance, schedule coordination, instructor led training, and service request/incident response. In conjunction with the application analyst teams, and informatics team this role equips end users for successful Epic (or other software) deployment, adoption, maintenance, and optimization activities and coaches teammates in this discipline. The trainer is familiar with both end user workflows and cultivates an awareness of the backend build that allows for this functionality. They interface with and serve as liaison and change agent to operational customers. In an ongoing effort to identify training needs and address them, the trainer regularly rounds in their operational departments, engages in division and analyst meetings, and embeds self in project team activities.   • Cultivating an awareness of the backend build that allows for end user workflow functionality.
  • Interfacing with and serving as liaison and change agent to operational customers.
  • Rounding in operational departments to identify training needs.
  • Engaging in division and analyst meetings.
