Director Informatics and Epic Clinical Training
About The Position
The Director of Clinical Informatics and Epic Clinical Training leads the strategy, implementation, optimization, and support of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) across Mosaic Life Care. This role ensures that clinical training and workflow/technology design align with organizational goals and deliver measurable improvements in quality, safety, patient and caregiver experience, and operational efficiency. The Director partners with clinical, financial, technology, and operational leaders to enable high-quality, patient-centered care. The Director oversees teams responsible for clinical workflow design and optimization and Epic clinical training, ensuring solutions are designed, built, maintained, and taught in ways that meet user needs and support enterprise growth, adoption, and transformation.
