About The Position

The Epic Clinical Analyst Beacon Certified is responsible for building, configuring, optimizing, and supporting Epic clinical applications to enhance patient care delivery, clinical workflows, and operational efficiency. The role partners with physicians, nursing staff, and operational stakeholders to design and implement Epic solutions that improve patient safety, clinician experience, and quality outcomes. The analyst provides day-to-day application support, participates in system upgrades and enhancements, and ensures solutions align with organizational goals and Epic best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or clinical operations supporting Epic.
Experience with application support, troubleshooting, testing, and change management.
Understanding of clinical workflows in assigned clinical module(s).
Clinical and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.
Strong collaboration and customer-service mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to patient safety, quality, and clinician experience.
Epic certification required.
