About The Position

The Intermediate Application Systems Analyst independently manages application configurations, troubleshoots complex issues, and collaborates with end-users. This role focuses on improving application functionality, supporting upgrades, and managing medium-scale optimizations. This role will work as a systems analyst with a primary focus on supporting Epic Patient Access applications on the Cadence and Patient Experience Team. They will act as a system builder primarily in Epic Cadence with an end user facing role and light project management. The position does require some on site presence.

Requirements

• Epic exposure is required.
• Must have experience in application troubleshooting, configurations, and support.
• Ability to manage technical tasks independently.
• Strong collaboration skills with end-users and IT teams.
• High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of application analysis experience OR Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 years of application analysis experience OR Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 1 year of application analysis experience.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in any of the following Epic modules would be recommended: Cadence, MyChart, Welcome, Prelude, or Grand Central.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in application support or IT analysis.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain application systems to ensure efficient functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, supporting end-users in a clinical or operational environment.
• Evolve skills in vendor relationship and management.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and document workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to leverage application functionality and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with and manage vendor issues as needed.
