About The Position

The Intermediate Application Systems Analyst independently manages application configurations, troubleshoots complex issues, and collaborates with end-users. This role focuses on improving application functionality, supporting upgrades, and managing medium-scale optimizations. This role will work as a systems analyst with a primary focus on supporting Epic Patient Access applications on the Cadence and Patient Experience Team. They will act as a system builder primarily in Epic Cadence with an end user facing role and light project management. Epic exposure is required. Certifications in any of the following Epic modules would be recommended: Cadence, MyChart, Welcome, Prelude, or Grand Central. The position does require some on site presence.

Requirements

• Must have experience in application troubleshooting, configurations, and support
• Epic exposure is required
• Ability to manage technical tasks independently
• Strong collaboration skills with end-users and IT teams

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in any of the following Epic modules would be recommended: Cadence, MyChart, Welcome, Prelude, or Grand Central
• Ideal candidate will have experience in application support or IT analysis
