About The Position

The Epic Cadence Application Analyst will support the Community Connect program. The position will design, build, and implement scheduling and registration workflows for VUMC's Connect Customer. This role will be part of the Community Connect Patient Access team and will assist in the design and build for visit types, scheduling templates, scheduling rules, scheduling decision trees, and patient access security templates. This position will participate in a 24 x 7 on-call support rotation for and will provide ongoing support to our Community Connect clients. This role will also support future Community Connect customers as the program expands beyond our first partner. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical and operational workflows.
  • Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
  • May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
  • Supports clinical or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.
  • Assists with onboarding and training as needed.
  • Participate in a 24 x 7 on-call support rotation for and will provide ongoing support to our Community Connect clients.
  • Assist in the design and build for visit types, scheduling templates, scheduling rules, scheduling decision trees, and patient access security templates.
  • Support future Community Connect customers as the program expands beyond our first partner.
