This role works with users and leadership to develop and/or modify procedures due to workflow process changes related to Epic clinical and business application use. The analyst will explain the functioning of assigned Epic applications and related systems to users, assist users with utilizing the full functionality of the applications, and prepare input for requirements definition, including user procedures, flowcharts, and preliminary report and screen definitions. The position also involves assisting with testing, tracking problem reports, and working with users to prioritize and clarify requests. Impact analysis, documentation of workflows and procedures, and completion of change and quality control documentation are key responsibilities. The analyst will participate in testing, user training, and results evaluation, track standardized projects, and monitor post-implementation issues. They will also maintain product documentation, communicate project status and upgrades, and develop a thorough understanding of supported Epic applications' clinical/laboratory and/or business operations. Additionally, the role assists with application version upgrades, maintenance, enhancement, and interface management, and troubleshoots and resolves user problems.
