Epic Application Analyst at Ensemble, a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The role involves developing and implementing long-term Epic strategy, educating stakeholders on changes, assisting with process improvement, implementing policies, and working with Revenue Cycle leaders on reporting, work queue strategy, and workflow design to increase revenue. The analyst will serve as the lead for Epic issues and new change requests, produce decision documents, run client meetings, and monitor client satisfaction. Specific areas of responsibility include denial reduction, DNFB/CFB reduction, late charge reduction, registration accuracy, scheduling accuracy, authorization capture, coding accuracy, and overall productivity improvement. The role also involves performance monitoring, innovation, system build and support, and assisting with education and training materials. Additionally, the analyst will support new business development by participating in assessments, advising new clients, and developing sales materials.
