About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst Epic OpTime to support and optimize our perioperative workflows within Epic. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure Epic OpTime is configured to meet surgical services needs while supporting patient safety, efficiency, and quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven healthcare organization

Nice To Haves

  • Epic OpTime certifications preferred. However, if not already certified, may be required within the first 3-6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
  • Collaborate with IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
  • Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity
  • Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
