About The Position

As an Epic Application Analyst Associate, you’ll support and enhance Epic applications that power critical clinical and operational workflows. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, contribute to system builds, and drive improvements that impact patient care. Candidates with an interest or experience in Radiant (Imaging) are especially encouraged, as you’ll help support imaging workflows that enable accurate, efficient diagnostics. This growth-focused role offers hands-on experience, exposure to high-impact projects, and the opportunity to build your Epic expertise.

Requirements

  • Candidates are required to obtain Epic certification within the first six (6) months of employment.
  • Associates will be provided with up to three (3) attempts to successfully pass the Epic certification exam.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with an interest or experience in Radiant (Imaging) are especially encouraged, as you’ll help support imaging workflows that enable accurate, efficient diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves basic Epic application issues and provides end user support.
  • Escalates issues appropriately to application team members.
  • Assists the team in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and tests updates according to scripts.
  • Codes for Epic application including building application tables and reports.
  • Assists with updating testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementations.
  • Builds requirements for configuration and business process changes.
  • Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects in order to support meeting milestones and timeframes.
  • Performs standard system testing both unit and integrated.
  • Organizes requirement specifications, using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
