About The Position
Jackson Health System is experiencing a major period of growth and is hiring certified Epic Analysts across multiple specialties to help shape the future of care at one of the nation's largest and most respected public health systems. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven organization, contribute to a world-class Epic build, and support technology that powers exceptional patient care for Miami's diverse communities. Epic certification is required for all roles. Open Epic Modules include: Courier Admin / Environment & Release Management, Beaker Anatomical Pathology & Clinical Pathology, Cupid Cardiology (Core Scope), Radiant Radiology, Beacon Oncology, Resolute Hospital Billing, and Health Information Management (HIM). The specific analyst level (1, 2, or 3) and module assignment will be determined based on each candidate's Epic certifications, experience, and background.
Requirements
- Epic certification is required for all roles.
- Candidates must hold at least one Epic certification at the time of hire.
- High School diploma required.
- 3+ years in healthcare IT, clinical, or related field (Analyst 1).
- 4-6 years of experience (Analyst 2).
- 7-9 years of experience (Analyst 3).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supports basic Epic build, configuration, and maintenance under close supervision (Analyst 1).
- Handles ticket triage, simple troubleshooting, and documentation (Analyst 1).
- Participates in structured testing and assists with foundational workflow understanding (Analyst 1).
- Independently manages moderate-complexity build, configuration, and system maintenance (Analyst 2).
- Serves as a primary contact for routine to moderately complex issues and enhancements (Analyst 2).
- Collaborates with operational leaders and leads comprehensive testing cycles (Analyst 2).
- Oversees environment operations, Data Courier promotions, and go-live support (Analyst 2).
- Senior-level expert leading high-complexity build, workflow redesign, and optimization (Analyst 3).
- Acts as top escalation point for complex issues and drives major projects (Analyst 3).
- Partners with leadership on strategic initiatives and ensures scalable system solutions (Analyst 3).
- Provides mentorship and supports advanced laboratory and interface configurations (Analyst 3).
