Epic Ambulatory/Phoenix Analyst
About The Position
TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Analyst to support Epic Ambulatory and Phoenix applications in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role involves independently managing multiple priorities and driving projects from requirements gathering through implementation. The analyst will build, test, implement, troubleshoot, support, and optimize Epic functionality while collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve workflows. The work includes clinical documentation, navigators, SmartForms, rules, decision support, and care coordination tools. The position is fully remote and is described as a contract role based out of Charleston, West Virginia.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Epic analyst experience.
- Strong Epic Ambulatory experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Epic Phoenix.
- Ability to independently own work from analysis through implementation.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Epic certification(s).
- Transplant workflow experience.
- Experience within large healthcare organizations.
- Experience supporting operational, enhancement, and optimization work.
Responsibilities

- Manage multiple concurrent projects and enhancement efforts.
