Requirements
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field required or Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience.
- Three (3) or more years of applicable work experience.
- Minimum two (3) years of experience working with Epic’s electronic medical record.
- Experience leading large teams of individuals and effectively managing staff/staff managers.
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing multiple large scale, complex project at one time.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management.
Responsibilities
- Developing, executing, and optimizing various projects under the direction of the Director of IT, Regional VP of Finance, and Regional CEO.
- Leading staff and stakeholders through all phases of a project life cycle.
- Assisting with all revenue cycle tasks.
- Providing end-user support.
- Building relationships with hospital leadership to ensure corporate and local initiatives are aligned.
