About The Position
This position supports on-shift activities and delivers cross-shift passdowns. The technician will maintain run-to-run VCSEL/PD production on production reactors, run and read SPC charts, and perform basic OCAPS. Additional characterization techniques may be required. The role involves training operations in Work Instructions, assisting Engineering with new workflows, new process development, and data gathering/analysis. The technician will also write new work instructions for Operations and collaborate with other process areas if needed.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or higher
- 2-4+ years of related experience
- MS Office knowledge required
- Work in a high volume semiconductor environment
- Familiarity with statistical process control
Responsibilities
