About The Position

Support on-shift activities and deliver cross-shift passdowns. Maintain run to run VCSEL/PD production on production reactors. Run and read SPC charts. Perform basic OCAPS. Perform additional characterization techniques as required. Train operations in Work Instructions. Assist Engineering with new workflows, new process development, and data gathering and analysis. Write new work instructions for Operations. Work with other process areas if needed.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or higher
• 2-4+ years of related experience
• MS Office knowledge required
• Work in a high volume semiconductor environment
• Familiarity with statistical process control
• Must be able to operate in a cleanroom environment wearing attire designed for a Class 100 operations
• All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.
