About The Position

We are seeking an entry/intermediate-level Environmental Technician in our Dublin, Ohio office with experience in environmental field work and supporting report preparation. The qualified candidates must have professional experience with the following environmental activities: Conducting soil, groundwater, indoor air and soil-gas sampling Develop, survey and sample monitoring wells Work with field monitoring equipment including, but not limited to, PID, interface probe, survey equipment, multi parameter water quality meter Knowledge of GIS equipment and software a plus Report writing support including laboratory data entry Remediation oversight and confirmation sampling The qualified person would prepare the supporting documents associated with the above-listed activities in accordance with the applicable standards and agency regulations. The qualified person would work in a team environment with senior and project level staff providing support/guidance/mentorship, as needed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to travel for extended periods, occasionally on short notice
  • Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must communicate effectively with team members, managers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
  • Able to work independently with limited guidance and detail-oriented
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to health and safety protocols
  • Willing to work outside, in a variety of climates, and be able to traverse tough terrain at times
  • Willing to work over and/or outside of regular business hours, as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of GIS equipment and software a plus
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification a plus
