Responsible for providing cleaning services in assigned casino areas. This role involves cleaning all assigned public casino areas, restrooms, and offices throughout the entire resort complex on a continual basis. The position requires ensuring that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used per manufacturer’s instructions, and maintaining all work areas to ensure environmental services equipment is free of safety violations. The employee must report any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to management and comply with established safety precautions. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations. Providing outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members is essential, meeting the company’s guest service culture standards. Other duties as assigned.
