About The Position

Responsible for dealing table games accurately and in a professional, proficient manner according to policies and procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
  • Ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
  • Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  • Availability to work all shifts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
  • Ability to verify the right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven dealer knowledge and experience on multiple games.
  • Basic knowledge of all current house procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Protects and controls specific game assigned.
  • Conducts the games in accordance with policies and procedures, handles player transactions and notifies Gaming Supervisor of any irregularities.
  • Advises Gaming Supervisor of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game.
  • Informs Gaming Supervisor or other games personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action.
  • Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a good gaming experience, and notifying Floor Supervisor of any guest needs; i.e., cocktails, host service, etc.
  • Understands and promotes departmental and property-wide promotions.
  • Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.
