About The Position

The Environmental Services Aide is responsible for cleaning patient rooms, common areas, and offices. This includes tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, wiping, mopping, emptying waste baskets, and making beds. The role also involves stocking linen. Additionally, the Environmental Services Aide may serve as a Relief Supervisor for a given work shift or time period in the absence of the director. The Environmental Services Aide is accountable to the Environmental Services Director and works under the direction of a designated supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate with staff, patients and visitors.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Nice To Haves

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years experience preferred but not necessary.
