Requirements

• Valid Georgia Drivers license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance required.
• Basic knowledge and competence of Environmental Services functions including Haz-Mat, large volume trash handling, and time management.
• Additional requirement for Confidential Documents Operator must successfully pass a complete background investigation and detailed reference check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience strongly preferred.
• Consistent work history strongly preferred.
• Prior work experience in positions requiring Security clearance strongly preferred.
• Experience with mechanical machinery.
• CDL license preferred.
• Experience in Engineering or Environmental Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• The transport, proper labeling, and disposal of medical waste and / or confidential documents through the proper use of the Rotoclave Medical Waste Sterilization Unit and other disposal methods.
• The collection and shredding of confidential documents through proper use of shredder.
• Safely and efficiently use commercial forklift.
• May perform duties of Floor Care Tech or Environmental Services Tech.
