About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and experienced second shift Part-Time Environmental Services Technician to join our team. This position involves working some weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional quality, reliability, and the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and the public. This role requires a commitment of 25 hours per week.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a clear driver's license.
• All candidates must go through a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior housekeeping experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks following Taylor's standards, including wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting (both high and low surfaces), polishing, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Handle and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Engage closely with residents.
• Receive training to support individuals with dementia.
