About The Position

The Environmental Services Technician Lead - LCH (Full Time) position at Carolinas Medical Center - LCH is responsible for overseeing daily staff duties and assignments within the Environmental Services department, ensuring that work meets established standards. This role involves evaluating conditions and cleanliness through inspections and quality control measures, and coordinating staff training on the proper use of chemicals, equipment, processes, and safety protocols. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a housekeeper aide or in a similar role, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms.

Requirements
