Environmental Services Team Lead - Full Time
About The Position
This is a full-time role for an Environmental Services Team Lead. The position involves performing 6-step cleaning, understanding chemical usage and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), implementing safety preparedness, completing assigned schedules and operations alerts, assisting in training new personnel, and ensuring daily assignments are completed in a timely manner. The role also requires effective communication with customers to meet their needs, assuming departmental responsibility in the Director's absence, and managing payroll, supply ordering, and project accomplishments. The Team Lead must be proficient in operating all necessary machines.

Responsibilities

- Executes codes and operations alerts
- Assist in training of new personnel
- Complete daily assignments in a timely manner
- Communicates with the customer and responds to their needs
- Assumes the responsibility of the department in the absence of the Director
- Completes Payroll, Supply ordering and Maintains project accomplishments
- Able to operate all machines
