The technician will maintain EVS supplies and equipment, replenish necessary items, and assist with special projects like wall cleaning or window washing. Responsibilities also include moving furniture and equipment safely, mixing and storing chemicals correctly, making beds, and utilizing tracking systems. Proper handling and disposal of various waste types, including hazardous and infectious materials, are critical. The role requires adherence to all applicable regulations and standards, and DOT certification for transporting regulated medical waste may be necessary.
