About The Position

The Environmental Services Team Lead must promote good public relations for the department and the facility while maintaining patient/customer confidentiality. The Team Lead must have the ability to prioritize assignments and communicate with all departments at all levels. They demonstrate an understanding of assignments and are able to step in any role when necessary. The Team Lead assures that the facility is maintained in a clean, sanitary and safe condition at all times and exhibits Community Cares Standards.
