About The Position

The Environmental Services Team Lead performs cleaning and sanitation duties in assigned areas. Responsibilities include collecting and disposing of trash, cleaning floors and surfaces, making beds, collecting soiled linen, and stocking supplies. The role requires strong communication skills, English proficiency, and basic computer skills. High school graduation or equivalent and at least two years of environmental services experience are required; previous leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, high dusting, wall washing, scrubbing, bed making, and vacuuming.
• Collect and stage soiled linen for pickup.
• Clean assigned areas daily, including removing trash, changing bed linens, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Stock paper items and other supplies in assigned areas as needed or designated.
